What is it like?
Sunday morning at Ironwood consist of 2 sessions. The 1st session starts at 10am and currently we have classes for all ages. The adult life class is in the main sanctuary and is always a great place to start for your first visit. Other classes going on currently are youth, hyphen, Latino ministries, new beginning elements, and kids zone. The 2nd Session starts at 11am and consist of our full worship experience, prayer and powerful preaching.
At the beginning of each session and service our worship team will lead us in worship and song. We sing a good variety of contemporary and traditional songs. You will see people clapping, jumping, raising their hands and going down to the altar to praise and worship God. Feel free to worship however you feel comfortable. If you would like special prayer our prayer ministry team will be available to pray with you.
Sunday Evening at 6pm we have our evening service with everyone in the Sanctuary. This is always a great time of worship, prayer, and powerful preaching. During our pm services is where our choir and special groups will minister at different times during the month.
What about my kids?
At Ironwood we believe our children should have the opportunity to learn about Jesus every week in a way that they can understand. Through engaging lessons on their level, action songs, puppets, crafts and games we make learning about Jesus a fun experience for all kids.
Kids Zone is open every Wednesday at 7pm and Sunday mornings at 10am. On Sunday mornings our Kids Zone runs for both sessions. Our Nursery is available every service for smaller children and nursing mothers.
Your child’s safety is important to us and because of that we have a detailed check-in and out process in place. Stop at our check in station in the back kids’ zone area. Our kids zone team will be happy to get you set up and your child checked in and out before each service.
Where do I park?
When you enter the church parking lot you will find a large parking lot directly in front of the church. You’re welcome to park there, if that lot is full, you can proceed straight around the church to the back parking lot. We do provide a golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the main door for most services.
